The jam is made from plums, which are grown exclusively in Kyrgyzstan, in the Chui and Issyk-Kul regions, and are collected by hand, thanks to which only the best, undamaged fruits of the “Hungarian” variety are used for production. This variety is considered one of the most delicious in the world, and it is also the only one used for the production of prunes. In addition, the plum skin is very thin and delicate. These fruits are never sour or hard; their pureed honey pulp only faintly gives off a slight fruity sourness. Whole fruits in a jar will definitely please gourmets! The jam is completely natural; only plums and sugar are used in its creation, which is also a thickener; We do not use any third-party additives.
