Whole green walnut jam is not only an unusual dessert, but also a storehouse of useful microelements and vitamins. For our jam, we use only nuts that are carefully collected at the earliest stage of ripening, the so-called “milk” nuts. Their place of growth is the Issyk-Kul region and the legendary relict walnut grove Arslanbob. This, as well as the use of exclusively natural ingredients (mineral water, sugar) guarantee an environmentally friendly product. The production technology is multi-stage, with triple boiling of the jam. In addition to its unusual texture and incredible taste, jam is also a source of glucose, improves vision and maintains eye health, strengthens the immune system, improves memory and cognitive function, and helps treat anemia, hypertension and atherosclerosis.
