Mountain honey Altyn Chychkan
This type of honey, collected at the sources of the Chichkan River (Kyrgyzstan, Jalal-Abad region, Toktogul region) at an altitude of 3000-3200 m above sea level, is one of the most valuable and rare varieties of polyfloral honey.
The Chichkan gorge, surrounded by the majestic snowy peaks of the Tien Shan, is covered with lush meadows where more than 45 species of honey-bearing herbs grow. The abundance of nectar from various herbs gives mountain honey a rich and unique taste.
